Plant fiber-based architecture today

The use of fast-growing plant-based materials is a huge opportunity to store a large amount of carbon now, and thus combat climate change. Housing, equipment or activity buildings, the 50 bio-based buildings described in this book were chosen from among the 226 candidates for the FIBRA Award, the world’s first prize for contemporary plant fibre architecture.
